Practices are held in the Wilson Gym Wrestling Room (bottom floor across from the pool). Specialized practice begin with warmups at the Wilson Gym indoor track (one floor up from entrance level).
Mondays (General): 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Tuesdays (Specialized): 8:30 - 10:30 pm
Thursdays (Specialized): 8:30 - 10:30 pm
Friday (General): 7:00 - 9:00 pm
We also have conditioning practices focused on cardio, weight training, and general fitness every week:
Wednesdays (West Campus/Wilson Gym): 6:00 - 6:45 pm
Saturdays (East Campus/Brodie Gym): 11:15 am - 12:00 pm
