Practices are held in the Wilson Gym Combative Room (bottom floor across from the pool). Specialized practice warmups begin at 8:30 pm at the Wilson Gym indoor track.
Mondays (General): 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Tuesdays (Specialized): 8:30 - 10:30 pm
Thursdays (Specialized): 8:30 - 10:30 pm
Friday (General): 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Also, we have conditioning practices focused on cardio or weight training and general fitness
Wednesdays: 6:00 - 6:45 pm
Saturdays: 11:15 am - 12:00 pm
